Twist Wire System
A non-penetrating fastening system is defined as securing tile to the roof in a manner that limits the number of tile fastener penetrations into the waterproofing membrane, (The average "S" tile will create from 75 to 100 holes in the waterproofing when installed using nails), the penetrations that do occur, are sealed and the integrity of the waterproofing maintained. Non-penetrating systems evolved to secure the tile to the roof and to protect the waterproofing.
Twist Wire System
The Twist Wire System is one of the oldest of the non-penetrating systems in use.
Standard Twist Wire Anchor
The Standard Twist Wire Anchor, #102, is manufactured from a one inch wide flat stock cut to a length of two inches, with two pre-punched fastener holes at each end and two "legs" formed from the center.
Disk Anchoring
Disc Anchoring comprises the use of two, three inch diameter disc and a screw, (for metal or wood decks), or a compression anchor, (for concrete decks).

Jiffy Tie Wires
Jiffy Ties offer a unique wiring method that has been utilized in various designs for years.
SST-1 System
A non-penetrating fastening system is defined as securing tile to the roof in a manner that limits the number of tile fastener penetrations into the waterproofing membrane, (The average "S" tile will create from 75 to 100 holes in the waterproofing when installed using nails), the penetrations that do occur, are sealed and the integrity of the waterproofing maintained. Non-penetrating systems evolved to secure the tile to the roof and to protect the waterproofing.
SST-1 Metal Strap
The SST-1 is the oldest style of non-penetrating tile fastening systems.
Hook and Loop System
